教育创新的关键是教师
摘 要:
教育教学改革是一项复杂的庞大的系统工程，牵涉到社会的方方面面，有其深刻的历史背景和社会背景。本文从教育创新的角度，论述作为教育的直接执行者――教师所起到的关键作用。创新教育是一种高层次的素质教育活动，它要求有高素质的教师队伍。而长期以来的历史、文化、社会背景，都有意无意地深刻地影响着教师的教学态度和行为，乃至于教育观念。我国的教育由于长期受传统教育思想的束缚，在很多方面出现了不适应现代社会发展的弊端，教育的现状不容乐观，落后的教育理念，低效的教学行为势必加重了学生的负担，学生、家长苦不堪言。因此，教育教学改革势在必行，教育创新迫在眉捷，而其中教师的关键作用不可小视。

二十一世纪是知识经济的时代，而创新是知识经济时代的一个显著标志，创新是支撑一个民族的脊梁和灵魂。江泽民同志曾指出：“迎接未来科学技术的挑战，最重要的是坚持创新，勇于创新”。“创新是一个民族进步的灵魂，是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭动力。”“知识经济，创新意识，对于我们二十一世纪的发展至关重要。”
对一个国家而言，拥有持续创新能力和大量创新性人才资源，就具备了发展知识经济的巨大潜能，从而能在日益激烈的国际竞争中立于不败之地。而要培养创新性人才，就必须实施创新教育。学校教育是实施创新教育的主阵地，而学校实施创新教育的关键在教师。
学校教育的主渠道在课堂，因此教师教育创新的主阵地也是课堂，课堂教育的创新是一名教师教育理念、教学方法、工作责任心和工作能力的重要体现。课堂教育创新包括很多方面，如备课、上课、作业布置与批改、后进生转化等等。笔者从事初中数学教学近二十年，深感教育创新之重要，下面谈一些个人的肤浅感触，一孔之见，肯请大家指正。
