解答 解:(1)$\left\{\begin{array}{l}{3x-5y=8①}\\{9x+7y=2②}\end{array}\right.$,
由①得:3x=5y+8③,
把③代入②得:15y+24+7y=2,即y=-1,
把y=-1代入③得:x=1,
则方程组的解为$\left\{\begin{array}{l}{x=1}\\{y=-1}\end{array}\right.$;
(2)$\left\{\begin{array}{l}{\frac{1}{x}-\frac{1}{y}=3①}\\{\frac{1}{x}+\frac{1}{y}=9②}\end{array}\right.$,
①+②得:$\frac{2}{x}$=12,即x=$\frac{1}{6}$,
把x=$\frac{1}{6}$代入①得:y=$\frac{1}{3}$,
经检验,方程组的解为$\left\{\begin{array}{l}{x=\frac{1}{6}}\\{y=\frac{1}{3}}\end{array}\right.$.
