解答 解:∵p=$\frac{9{9}^{9}}{{9}^{99}}$,q=$\frac{1{1}^{9}}{{9}^{90}}$,
∴p÷q=$\frac{9{9}^{9}}{{9}^{99}}$÷$\frac{1{1}^{9}}{{9}^{90}}$=$\frac{{9}^{9}×1{1}^{9}}{{9}^{90}×{9}^{9}}$×$\frac{{9}^{90}}{1{1}^{9}}$=1,
∴p=1.
