In my opinion, I think playing computer games is not good. On one hand, playing computer games can waste you a lot of time, which you can use in your study or rest. On the other hand, when you play computer games, you must spend a long time staring at the screen，and it’s harmful to your eyes.

But if you want to play computer games, you must manage your time well. After playing computer games, you can do eye exercises to relax your eyes.
