Nowadays, more and more attention has been paid to food safety and health. I think eating healthily is important to our health.

I have an uncle who worked as a computer engineer five years ago. He was so busy that he always went to work without breakfast and he often had fast food for lunch. Last year, he got serious illness and couldn't go to work any longer. He then told everyone around him to eat healthily and have meals on time every day. From this I know without health, we can't do things well.

In a word, a healthy diet can help us become stronger and stronger.
