解答 解:(1)$\left\{\begin{array}{l}{2s+3t=-1①}\\{4s-9t=8②}\end{array}\right.$,
①×3+②得:10s=5,
解得:s=0.5,
把s=0.5代入①得:t=-$\frac{2}{3}$,
则方程组的解为$\left\{\begin{array}{l}{s=0.5}\\{t=-\frac{2}{3}}\end{array}\right.$;
(2)方程组整理得:$\left\{\begin{array}{l}{5x+11y=21①}\\{x-5y=-3②}\end{array}\right.$,
①-②×5得:36y=36,
解得:y=1,
把y=1代入②得:x=2,
则方程组的解为$\left\{\begin{array}{l}{x=2}\\{y=1}\end{array}\right.$.
