 Good morning, boys and girls!

 That's all. Thank you.

Good morning£¬boys and girls£¡

Many of us will feel somehow nervous before we take an important exam.

As we know£¬nervousness not only does harm to our health but also disturb our study. Therefore, it's necessary for us students to learn to relax.

In my opinion, it's very important to have a right attitude towards exams. Exams are only a means of checking what we've learnt so far. So there's no need to

worry too much about the results of exams. What we should do is to make a scien?tific study plan before an exam, which can help recuce the pressure form the exam. Otherwise£¬we can relax ourselves by doing sports and listening to the music. Besides, enough sleep and a balanced diet will work as well.

Follow my suggestion, and you'll enjoy your school life!

That's all. Thank you.
