一) 写作定性
本文形式I:虽是演讲稿,但实际上为陈述解决问题办法的说明文。具有层次分明、结构紧凑、逻辑连贯、用词考究等特点。时态多为一般现在时,人称多为第一人称,句式多为陈述句。全文一般分为"呈现问题一提出建议一预测后果"三段。
二) 难点突破
1.可用词汇

Many of us will feel somehow nervous before we take an important exam.
As we know,nervousness not only does harm to our health but also disturb our study. Therefore, it's necessary for us students to learn to relax.
In my opinion, it's very important to have a right attitude towards exams. Exams are only a means of checking what we've learnt so far. So there's no need to
worry too much about the results of exams. What we should do is to make a scien?tific study plan before an exam,which can help recuce the pressure form the exam. Otherwise,we can relax ourselves by doing sports and listening to the music. Besides, enough sleep and a balanced diet will work as well.
