¡¾´ð°¸¡¿In the past peopel were busy with their work and study. They thought they had no time and didn't need to take exercise. However, nowadays more and more people begin to take all kinds of sports. Some play balls, some dance and some even sign up for malathon. I also changed my way to exercise. My favorite sports is playing table tennis. I often play it with my friends after school and at weekends. It not only makes my healthy but also makes my life meaningful and enjoyable. It also makes my eyes brighter than before. I am good at it because I am strong.
