根据文中“Under the wax, the model would be made of bronze (), filled with water, and covered in holes running along the meridian paths. You would need to place an acupuncture needle (针灸用的针) into the correct part of a meridian to pass the exam.”

根据文中“If you got it right, the needle would go straight through he hole, and water would pour out of the model. If you picked the wrong spot, the needle would hit the bronze model and you failed.”

根据文中“If you got it right, the needle would go straight through he hole, and water would pour out of the model. If you picked the wrong spot, the needle would hit the bronze model and you failed.

It may take a sharp mind, as an American author says that the search engine giant (搜索引擎巨人) asks its interviewees to answer difficult question.

Poundstone lists several of the brain teasers (脑筋急转弯) that are said to be used by Google interviewers, from “can you swim faster in water or in syrup (糖浆)?” to “how would you weigh your head?”

* You are shrunk (缩小) to the height of a nickel (五分硬币) and thrown in a blender (搅拌机).

It’s believed to be the world’s first smart skirt and has been shown at London Fashion (时装)Week. The smart skirt was created by the mobile phone company Nokia, fashion designer(设计师) Fyodor Golan and creative design house Kin.

It’s not easy to make a smart skirt. It took three months to complete it. The biggest challenge in making the skirt was getting all of the mobile phones on the skirt, and allowing all the mobile phones to work together. The screens are all connected to a computer. As the skirt moves, the screens change color and the skirt looks like silk. That’s not the only trick. The mobile phones are also connected to a hidden camera in the wearer’s hat. The screens can show what the wearer is seeing.

Unsurprisingly, the skirt won’t be making its way to shops. Instead, it’s more of an art piece. Nokia said they wanted to find a way to connect the smart technology and fashion together. “We used drawings, 3D printing, and programming languages to ‘build’the skirt, ” explained Nokia.
