Now ,we are under too much pressure, it's very important to reduce the pressure.

I have too much pressure. For example ,1 have too much homework. I stay up doing homework every day. I feel very tired. I try my best to study, but I still can't have good grades. I'm always sad.

I always reduce the pressure by sleeping. After I wake up, I will forget all my problems. I'll get happy, I also listen to music to reduce the pressure. It's helpful for me, too. Sometimes, I reduce the pressure by watching TV.

Even if we are under too much pressure, we should face them happily.
