In my opinion,in order to relax ourselves,we can turn to some of our hobbies.As for me I enjoy taking exercise most.Once I failed in an exam,I wanted to cry,but I didn’t.I went jogging instead.After it,I felt better.Whenever I feel unhappy,I always spend an hour in walking or jogging in the park.Besides,I also play table tennis with my friends after class.Taking exercise can not only rest our brains and eyes but also help build our bodies.I think it’s really helpful to both my health and my study.I hope all of my classmates can join me in getting relaxed.

Firstly,you change your mind.When you meet some difficulties,you shouldn’t think them frequently,because it will make you feel sadder than before.You are supposed to change your mind and think something that makes you feel cheerful.Secondly,you can listen to some music or sing some songs,since that music can make people feel happy.Thirdly,you may find it helpful to talk to your partner,a relative or a friend about your problems,or look for help and advice from them.Above all,you should try your best to solve those difficulties by yourself.Learn to cheer yourself up.I think the methods mentioned are very helpful.Maybe you can have a try.
