One possible version

Dear Sir/Madam,

I’m writing to complain about the quality of your product.

As a faithful user of your products, I feel confident about the quality of your smartphones. However, I have been bothered recently, as the smartphone I am using crashes quite often. It is very annoying. When I am making a phone call or receiving a call, it stops working. I called the after-sales service, only to be told the problem might be caused by the overuse of the phone. In fact, I never played any games on the phone. I just went through a few e-book pages or read online news!

My requirement is that the phone be repaired as soon as possible or be replaced.

Looking forward to your early reply!

Yours,

Li Hua

My requirement is that the phone be repaired as soon as possible or be replaced. I called the after-sales service, only to be told the problem might be caused by the overuse of the phone.
