如图所示,水平地面上有A、B两点,且两点间距离LAB=15m,质量m=2kg的物体(可视为质点)静止在A点,为使物体运动到B点,现给物体施加一水平F=10N的拉力,求拉力F作用的最短时间.(已知地面与物块的滑动摩擦因数μ=0.2,g取10m/s2.                                                                                                                

                                                             

                                                                                                                                 


解:要使F作用时间最短,则F作用一段最短时间t1后撤去该力,使物体匀减速运动t2时间在B点恰好停止.

设匀加速直线运动的加速度为a1,运动的位移为s1,由题意可得:

F﹣μmg=ma1

设撤去F后物体做匀减速直线运动的加速度大小为a2,时间为t2,位移为s2,由题意可得:

μmg=ma2

a1t1=a2t2

s1+s2=LAB

联立解得最短的时间t1=2s.

答:拉力F作用的最短时间为2s.
