Like every successful person，Lang went through years of hard and lonely practise before he became famous．

20．When he was just 7 years old，Justus，was living at a garbage dump（垃圾场） in Rwanda（卢旺达）．He would compete with other children，even many pigs，for food．Sundays were the worst because the trucks that carried restaurants'left-over food didn't come，so there would often be nothing to eat．He lived with other children in an old bus without windows and wheels．He had no family．His parents were killed in a war．
A few years later，Clare Effiong，an American charity（慈善机构） worker，showed up at the dump．She said she could offer several children a chance to leave with her．
