How to prctect our eyesight

Eye is an important part of our body. We can’t read ,look at the beautiful word without our eyes. but It is reported that many middle school studdents in China have eyesight(视力) trouble beacause of the heavy schoolwork. So it is important to prctect our eyesight. More and more parents hope to improve their children's eyesight with medicine, or by correcting the ways that children read and sit. And we students also have some ideas.

Some students thinks that we should have enough sleep time . and we should make the eyes relax during learning. We must use correct ways to read and write.

I think besides those,it is good to do some exercise. When we exercise we aslo exercise our eyes.like rope skipping(跳绳).It can also be good for one's eyesight. While skipping rope, one has to move quickly, making both the brain and the eyes excited. It may also help make one grow taller. Another thing is important that we mustn’t watch too much TV or play too much computer games. They are bad for our eyes.
