1．While you are much safer inside than out，lightning（闪电）can strike（击） you even in the home．Here's how to protect you indoors：
●Stay away from windows．Get out of the shower or bath．Don't touch conductors such as fireplaces and metal pipes（管子）．

Properly fixed，lightning rods reduced chances of damage to a home and to the people inside it．
