Nowadays，we students have heavy burden （负担） of studies．At school，we begin our classes fromabout 7：30 in the morning and finish too many classes till 6：00 in the eveningevery day．Besides，after class we have to spend a great deal of time doing ourhomework and going over our lessons．What's worse，we still take all kinds ofimproving classes at the weekend，which makes us very tired both in physicalityand in mind．
