Actually, not all the strangers are bad people, We should ask our own conscience (良心) and try to give them a hand when they are badly in need of help. Just as an old saying goes, "A near neighbor is better than a distant relative." In fact, helping each other is an ideal way to build up a good relationship with others, which is good for ourselves.

In a word, we should be warmhearted and try our best to identify (识别) the good and the bad. Only in this way can we help those who are really in need of help to build up a harmonious (和谐的)society.
