Happiness comes from the little things in life. Simple ways in our daily life often help the most. It is not a dream for you to make it come true but a shining star that guides you and a mirror that shows you the meaning of life in theworld. Tuesday: Write a short letter to your friend about a good momentyou have recently experienced. Wednesday: Write about a nice moment you plan to experience inthe future. Thursday: Write a letter to someone that is important in yourlife. Friday: Write three things that went really well today. Saturday and Sunday: Go on with your daily thanks diary.
If you pay attention to all that is good in your life instead ofnegative thoughts, happiness willbecome a natural Dart of your day!
