I can't believe that I have got full mark in the long-distance race test．Believe it or not，I was afraid of running before．I thought it was too tiring．However，my friends encouraged me not to give up．And they often practiced running together with me．With their help，I made great progress．It helped me build up my confidence．As a result，I made it．
