I can't believe that I have got full mark in the long-distance race test．Believe it or not，I was afraid of running before．I thought it was too tiring．However，my friends encouraged me not to give up．And they often practiced running together with me．With their help，I made great progress．It helped me build up my confidence．As a result，I made it．
It is clear to everybody that the only way to make one's dream come true is to work hard．Just as the old saying goes"No pain，no gain．"In my opinion，if we put our heart into our study and help each other，we will get good results in the following exams or even anything we do．．
