● Look at your life as a whole. Most of the things that stop us from feeling happy are just some little things. Remember life is always going on and whatever the little thing is, it will finally end.
Happiness can be hard to feel at times, so don’t think there is something wrong with you if you don’t feel it. The ways above will help you to feel more of it.
