   I don't think GM food is bad for people. If we grow GM food,we will have much more food. There are now thousands of people suffering (忍受) from hunger around the world. Lack of food is the basic problem. Growing GM food can help improve the quality of life.

Liu Shenbo,15, from Shanghai：

   GM food is good. But we need to control it. Now nobody knows what it would do to our health. If we eat too much GM food,we might regret it. I think we should do more experiments before widely using it. That's safe for us and the next generation.

Qin Le,14, from Shandong：

    GM food should not be used at all. It changes the genes of grain (谷物) . All plants grow by the law of nature. If we change it,it's like we are against nature. Nothing good could happen. So we should do some research about how to change the earth for growing crops,but not change the crops themselves. That should be the right way to solve the food problem.
