They can use four kinds of transportation. They are underground trains, red buses, special visitors’ buses and taxis(black cabs).

A quick and easy way to get to different places in the city is to take an underground train. By sitting on the top deck of the bus,you can get a great sightseeing experience of London as well.选择特别游客巴士的理由是文中第四段原文原句you can cancel your journey and get off (and on again) at the different places you want to visit. The drivers are friendly and helpful.

You’ d better not take the underground between eight o’ clock and ten o’ clock in the morning, or four o’ clock and six o’ clock in the afternoon. 本句是简单句,主语you(你),谓语和宾语had better not take the underground ,短语had better do sth. 最好做某事,had better not do sth. 最好不做某事,take the underground是乘地铁,故had better not take the underground:最好不要乘坐地铁后面时间状语,between…and…:在之间;in the morning:在早上,in the afternoon:在下午。

The trains are so crowded that you can hardly move or find a place to sit. 本句中有so…that…. so…that…:如此…

Travel(ing) around London/Get(ting) around London
