解：（1）（ $\text{[math]}$ - $\text{[math]}$ ）×8÷ $\text{[math]}$ ，
= $\text{[math]}$ ×8×6，
=9；

（2） $\text{[math]}$ ÷7+ $\text{[math]}$ × $\text{[math]}$ ，
= $\text{[math]}$ × $\text{[math]}$ + $\text{[math]}$ × $\text{[math]}$ ，
=（ $\text{[math]}$ + $\text{[math]}$ ）× $\text{[math]}$ ，
=1× $\text{[math]}$ ，

分析：算式（1）（5）（6）根据四则混合运算的运算顺序计算即可：先算乘除，再算加减，有括号的要先算括号里面的；
算式（2）可将式中除法算式根据分数除法的计算法则变为乘法算式后再据乘法分配律计算；
算式（3）可根据一个数减两个数的差，等于用这个数减去这两个数中的被减数加上减数的减法性质进行计算；
算式（4）可根据乘法分配律进行计算．
