How to deal with anger?

Anger is part of human motion, which sometimes can cause destructive results. Meanwhile, it may help us seek right and justice. Actually, anger itself is neither fault nor right. The key point is how we treat it.

It is true that in our society people tend to lose temper frequently and easily. We can see people arguing in the street, couples quarreling at home and students fighting over some trifles.Many doctors believe that anger is very harmful to people's health. So how to cope with anger becomes a big concern for us.

We have figured out many ways to deal with anger. Firstly, you should identity the real cause of your anger. Then you will be aware of whether the cause deserves you to get angry.Secondly, you may make self­comfort when you are in trouble. Thirdly, you should talk to others and take advice from others. As far as I'm concerned, I will try to control my temper and not let my temper do any harm.
