The following are some healthy lifestyle tips that will help you on how to be a healthy person. We all know that our minds control our actions, and so does our thoughts, and this is why the happy and optimistic people live longer and healthier! In this modern world, we often pay more attention to the negative(负面的,消极的) than the positive! Believe it or not, the more negative thoughts you have in your mind, the more outcomes of your efforts will be. No matter what the situation is, you need to change your thoughts and practice to pay attention to the positive.

Make you have enough sleep. 

You need to give enough rest to your body and mind which will only come from a good eight hours sleep. This will not only make your body and mind fresh, but also make you more active and relaxed. Some tips for better sleep would be to stay away from such things as so-called “energy drinks”. 2.______________________

Have you seen the group of old people in the park who form a round circle and start laughing as if they would win a million dollars for it? No matter how funny it looks, the benefits of laughter are a way beyond our imagination. If you feel like smiling, just smile! Eat healthily and exercise.

Eating healthy foods and balancing it with the right amount of exercise is extremely important. 4.__________________ Such food makes you feel light and active! Wake up early in the morning and start with proper exercise. A 30-minute walk or run will not only make you physically healthy and active, but also make you more flexible and your mind smart.

I live in Japan, where electronic items are a way of life, so it is no surprise that many students carry these little electronic dictionaries. E-dictionaries may be lighter and compacter (简洁的) than any paper dictionary.  1.  However, to me, these are pretty much the limits to their advantages.

E-dictionaries need batteries. Batteries are temperature sensitive. Batteries cost money, too.

E-dictionaries have keypads. Typing in the spelling of a word is harder and more time consuming than looking through pages and using the index at the top of each page.

4. Sound . Little devices beep (嘟嘟声) when you press the buttons, but it is very disturbing to some people in a classroom situation or library.

Finally, let’s consider making corrections or additions. No dictionary is perfect, paper version or electronic. However, when you find something you’d like to change in the e-dictionary, you can’t do anything about it. You can pencil in some notes with the paper type. Similarly, if you learn a word that isn’t in the dictionary, a few notes of a pencil make it easy to increase its memory capacity.  5.And, for those students whose habit is to mark certain words with a highlight pen for ease of future reference, again, the paper dictionary wins out.
