W: It’s 8:00 am, and I’m on the platform at Sullivan Station. I’m waiting for the train to central station. I’m noticing that they’ve made improvements to this station. It’s cleaner, there are benches to sit on, and there’s art on the walls. Because of that, this part of my trip has become more pleasant. Now it’s 8:30. I’ve arrived at the central station. The No. 3 bus is in the weary side, and the bus is often very crowded at this time, so I choose to walk to my office. Still I have to say that trains and buses and walking are all better than driving. Traffic is getting worse every day and parking is more expensive. I guess it’s worth leaving my car at home. However, they may get five standing desks or a treadmill desk for their employees and put them in a certain place where people can go for an hour a day to answer their emails or talk on the phone. Experts suggest some other activities: take a walk at lunchtime; walk to the offices and talk directly instead of emailing colleagues. All these activities may help you live longer.

Norway — Ten Chinese college students arrived at the country's Arctic（北极的） research base, the Yellow River Station, on Friday.
On Saturday, the students are expected to witness the end of four months of darkness in the area, as the sun makes a rare appearance.

The students have been in Norway since February 28, and were given Arctic training before moving to the station.

It was a sunny day today and I went to Xishan Park for a spring outing. The moment I entered in the park, a variety of beautiful flowers and green trees come into sight.
