In 1945,there was a young boy of 14 in a concentration camp （集中营）. He was tall, thin but had a bright smile. Every day, a young girl came by the other side of the fence. Many people rush into the commitment of bringing home a four-legged family member, only to find out that they are not ready for a pet. This often results in the dog being turned over to a shelter where it may not find another home. Being a responsible pet owner involves a financial commitment that goes beyond buying dog food.
