【解析】A long time ago, there lived an old woman who was very patient. Every day, she sat in front of her house doing the same job---sharpening a piece of iron.

One day, a little girl was passing. She was so curious that she came up to ask the old woman what she was doing. The old woman told her that she was making the piece of iron into a needle.

The girl was surprised because the piece of iron was so big and a needle was so tiny. So she asked the old woman how long it would take her to finish making the needle. The old woman said that she didnt know. But she said she would leave the work to her son if she died before she finished. Her son would leave it to her grandchildren if the work was not finished. Someday, the piece of iron would become a needle.

Kid’s health: Four steps for fighting stress

Try taking these four steps the next time you are stressed:
