Nowadays, nobody doubts the great importance of class cadres in class management. Actually, they are the leaders among students. As teachers' assistants, they help keep class in order, make announcements when necessary and organize after-class activities.

However, conflicts may take place sometimes between class cadres and their classmates. Some class cadres's looking down upon others could be the first reason. Furthermore, they may think they've got the special right to force others to behave in the way they prefer. Last but not least, a few students may go against their advice on purpose.

In my opinion, class cadres should regard themselves as ordinary ones, while other students should understand and respect them. Only if we all respect each other can we have a peaceful and pleasant learning atmosphere.
