Breakfast

Who makes breakfast at your home? Mum,Dad,or Grandma? It is important to have a drink and eat something in the morning. All the food can givE you the energy to help you start a new day. Breakfast is very important,but some children hate to have breakfast.

What is breakfast? There are two words in

“breakfast”一“break” and “fast”. All through the night you sleep and don” eat anything,so breakfast is that you break your fast by eating something. In this way,your body can get the energy from the food for the day.

If you don?t eat breakfast,the energy in your body goes down and you will feel hungry. You may not play with your classmates happily or can't do wellin your lessons. If you often go to school without breakfast,it is bad for your health. What do you think of breakfast now?

The students of Grade Six visited the Space Museum last Friday. There were many things about space there.

The seasons in Australia are not like those in China. When it is winter in China,it is summer there. Australia is a southern country.
