　　From your letter, I know that you eat a lot of junk food, such as ice cream and chocolate．They taste good, of course, but they' re not good for your health．

　　Eating a little bit of them is fine, but eating too much will increase your calories intake(吸入)and that can make you gain weight．

　　What you need is a balanced diet．In China, there is an old saying, "A nutritious breakfast, a big lunch, and a little supper make you strong"．I think it's a reasonable way to keep fit．

　　Exercising outside in the sun can help increase your body' s calcium(钙)level．What's more, exercise will make you sweat, which can burn a lot of calories in your body．So don't stay in front of your computer all day long and don't always sit in the classroom at school．
