Housing reform (改革) is considered as tied 1 China's economic reform. It is 2 by selling of housing and 3 rents. It intends to 4 statefunded housing into commercialization (商品化) 5 privatization (私有化) of housing. This transformation (改观) has brought some benefical 6 on society.
One major benefit is that it has greatly relieved (减轻) housing 7 which have long been a headache of the government. As city-dwellers are 8 to invest (投资) in and buy their 9 houses, the state's financial burden is resolved, and the housing construction is 10 up.
