假如你是张林，刚进入高三学习，需要购买一本有关英语书面表达的书，请根据下列提示，写信给你在外文书店工作的朋友Jack，请他帮你挑选。

要求：1．词数100个左右。

建议：大家要意识到健康饮食的重要性，多吃蔬菜和水果，少吃肉，多做运动。

1．多吃富含纤维素的水果、蔬菜，少吃含糖和脂肪的奶油、巧克力等；

2．参加多种形式的锻炼，适量的运动是健康的保证。
