Now it arouses the people’s attention to this phenomenon. If we use the true names and the numbers of identify cards, it can prevent the abuse of free Internet and protect the right of the citizens. When we do some electronic business or shopping on the Internet, we won’t be afraid of being cheated. At the same time, we should realize it will limit the freedom of the citizens and influence their heartfelt expression about the government if we do like this. Worse more, it will increase the risk of disclosing the true information. We’ll have no way to deal with the confused state of the electronic business. In a word, no matter whether we agree or disgree on this proposal, there’s no way to neglect the influence of the Internet to our learning and life. Facing the colorful world, we should have an active and correct attitude to its value.
