A photographer is a person who takes photos as a business or an art It is often thought that his work is not only full of 1 but is very safe as well, and no one can imagine how 2 his work 3

Two photographers were 4 through a thick forest in Alaska, 5 at capturing (capture v 農田) the wild-life on film As there was nothing interesting to take pictures of, they were feeling 6 when they 7 sight of a brown bear that had caught a large fish by a quiet brook The wild beast found them too, and stood on its 8 legs to get 9 sight of the two men While doing this, the bear made a wonderful pose (n徊米) for the two 10 photo graphers

Tired and exhausted, I came back home from work. I found the front door was 36 open and I felt a little scared. Did I carelessly forget to lock it after I left? I looked around 37 to see what could be 38 . Why would someone come into my home only to 39 with nothing? After searching every inch, I realized that everything was 40 I had left it. No 41 cushions, broken lamps, or 42 emptied out on the carpet. Feeling much 43 I looked out my oversized window of my dinning room at Ms. Sullivan¨s house. Jimmy, the little boy next door was visiting her. Jimmy cared a lot about Ms. Sullivan and was very concerned with her health after she became ill. She used to 44 Jimmy when he was just a baby.

Forgetting about the 45 with my front door, I decided to walk over to Ms. Sullivan¨s house to see how she was 46 . With a warm hello, she invited me into her home. I noticed twelve beautiful roses delicately presented on the table next to her bed. They looked exactly like the 47 on my dinning room table in front of my oversized window. With a pleasant smile, she told me Jimmy brought them to her as a ^get-well gift ̄. Suddenly Jimmy 48 out of his seat in an instant and said that he had to go home for a while to do some homework but he promised to be back to 49 up on Ms. Sullivan.

Talking for a while, Ms. Sullivan began to get very tired so I gave her my phone number in case she 50 needed help, and left her home. I thought about how 51 it was for little Jimmy to be so concerned for Ms. Sullivan. I got home, laughing at how 52 I was that morning about what had happened over 53 . I walked passed the dinning room and noticed my roses 54 in the vase were missing. Without a second 55 , I glanced out the window at Ms. Sullivan¨s house and with a smile on my face I turned off the light in the room and went to sleep.

The next morning my door bell rang. I opened the door Jimmy was there´

A friend of mine met with an accident driving in darkness. His legs were so hurt that he couldn¨t move. What was the 36 was he found himself unable to ask for help-his mobile phone went out of 37 as a result of exhausted battery. Nothing could be done but to

38 in cold wilderness. It was 8 hours later that day broke, and then the 39 of the rescue.

It is almost 40 that he could stand the horror in the darkness for so long. Even more surprising was his 41 : ^First of all I checked up my 42 conditions and found myself not in fatal danger. As there was no 43 to call for help, I leaned back in my seat trying my best to keep the wound from 44 . In this way I dozed (嬉迴) off. ̄

His story put an end to my regret for the 45 of an exploration adventure that happened last year. A group of young men 46 to explore a mountain cave and got lost.

47 to find a way out in the dark cave they were frightened and ran anxiously without a sense of 48 . Finally they fell dead in fear and exhaustion. According to the 49

people that found them, the place where they got lost was only about 10 meters away from the

50 of the cave. If they stayed on the spot when they lost their way and tried to 51

themselves, they would probably sense a faint light glimmering (描妨) not far away.

Don¨t you think that you can compare it with 52 itself? When you meet with obstacles in life and work, you are lost in darkness. 53 you it¨s unclear yet and you needn¨t put up struggle 54 . It seems to be a negative attitude, 55 a person who can afford to do so must have foresight as well as a great courage in the first place.

Checks have largely taken the place of money as a means of 36 , for they are widely accepted everywhere. 37 this is very 38 for both buyer and seller, it should not be forgotten that checks are not real money: they are quite 39 in themselves. A shop-keeper runs a certain 40 when he accepts a check and he is quite 41 his rights if, on occasion, he 42 to do so. People do not always know this and are 43 if their good faith is called in question. A wealthy friend of mine told me he had an extremely 44 experience.

One day he decided to buy a particularly fine pearl necklace at a famous jewelry shop which keeps a large__45 of precious stones and asked if he could pay 46 check, the assistant said that this was quite 47 . But the moment my friend signed his name, he was invited into the manager¨s office. The manager was very polite, but he explained that someone 48 exactly the same name had presented them with a worthless check not long ago. My friend got very angry at it and said he would buy a necklace 49 . When he got up to go, the manager told him that the police would arrive at any moment and he had better stay 50 he wanted to get into serious trouble. Sure enough the police arrived, __51 to my friend for the 52 , but explained that a person who had used the same name as his 53 for a number of recent robberies. Then the police asked my friend to 54 out a note which had been used by the thief in a number of shops. The note read, ^I have a gun in my pocket, ask no questions and give all the money in the safe. ̄ Fortunately, my friend¨s handwriting was quite__55__ the thief¨s. He was not only allowed to go without further delay, but to take the pearl necklace with him.
