I feel very happy to receive your letter and here I 'd like to give you some advices on how to leam English．Above all, don't lose your heart．
Many students find it hard to learnt English, especially to write good English compositions．In my opinion, if you want to improve your writing better, you should leam by heart so many English expressions and patterns as possible．And at the same time try to use it in your compositions．I think just remember grammar rules is no use. Only by reading and writing a lot can you be able to learn English well in effective way. I think what the most important thing is that you should keep writing every day and never give up.

Dear Grandpa,

Now I believe that London have the best museums. But today I only had time to see two of them. I went the British Museum this morning. As she hadn’t got enough time, I had to run upstairs and the downstairs from one hall to other. Three hours late, I felt very tiring. Then I got to the Wax Museum. Lucky, I did not wait for a long time to buy a ticket. I took lots of picture. Here are one of them. Don’t you think it is very beautiful?

I have made a new friends recently. His name is Jackson, and he is from the America. How did we get to know each other? You may think we are pen-friends, and you are wrong. We actually have never written to each other before we met. Here is the story. A week before, there was a summer camp in our school. Some American students came to join in us. I was very good on English, especially spoken English, so I was chosen to take part this camp. Jackson was very interesting in Peking Opera, and I liked it, too. When I told Jackson that, he felt very excitedly. We talked a lot about Peking Opera. He said he had a very good time and hoped he would come again quite soon.

I have been having problems with my parent these days because they always expect me do better even though I am a very good student in my class. They care too many about the exams but often ask my teachers about my grades. When I get the second place or the third one in test, they keep asking me,“Why ? You should be carefully next time.” So I begin to fear the exams. I don’t want to take part in some exams now .Now it hurt me to see them acting in this way. I think no matter how harder I try, it never seems to be enough .Am I wrong ?  Now I don’t know that what I should do.
