Like other snowmen, he had a handsome, orange carrot nose!

One day Ralph wanted to put snowballs into his bag. His brother, Sammy, told him not to. He told Ralph that all the snowballs would melt(融化)and make his bag wet .But Ralph didn’t listen! Dear mom and dad.

I want to tell you about my first week of classes at school. I am very busy! I get up at 6:00 every morning. That is really early for me . I don’t like to get up early. I usually eat breakfast in the school. The food here is very good. I have French class every morning at 7:30.After class I have Business class on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10:00. I have a lot of homework for that class but I really like it. It’s interesting. I also have English Writing on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, On Tuesdays and Thursdays I have United States History.

The school here is really big, I was lost on the first day. I did not know where to find anything. Now I know where all the buildings are and know where to find the classrooms. That’s the most important. My dormitory(宿舍)is close so I walk to all my classes. It’s only about ten minutes.

My roommate’s name is Eric. He is from New York. We get along well. He is quiet and doesn’t make a lot of noise. Sometimes Eric and I have dinner together. We don’t see each other much because our classes are really different.

During the evening I study. Sometimes I study in the library and sometimes in the dormitory. I have to write three reports this term so I have to read some books in the library. I usually go to bed about eleven.

Mom, I miss you cooking. Do you think you could send me some of your homemade chocolate cookies? Well, I have to go. Take care.

Love, Jerry
