　　School students in the UK may have to sign new contracts laying down the way they are allowed to dress and behave, which covers wide-ranging issues, all the way from accommodation to the use of computers．They could be non-negotiable, leaving students with little choice if they want to attend the school．This raised a lot of arguments．

　　Schools in the UK argue that now more and more students dress untidily when attending classes．They become easy to get angry and even say dirty words to their teachers, and their parents complain to schools for everything．All of these factors are too much for teachers and schools, so the contracts will help clarify relationships between students and schools．

　　But Baroness Deech, the independent adjudicator for higher education, whose work involves dealing with complaints brought by students against schools, stated,“it is useful to let students know that they have to work hard but I think the contracts are too legalistic．I have seen one that even laid down that students should dress neatly when going to classes．I don’t think that is practical．”

　　Are the new behavior contracts for students proposed practical?The education department is gathering more ideas from people．
