　　This spring the newly-rebuilt Jining Baihua Park was open to the public free of charge．It has become a popular recreation place for the common citizens．However, the bad news is that the park faces more serious problems than when it charged fees：public facilities are badly damaged and there is rubbish everywhere．These problems are beyond the control of the small managing staff．

　　What can I do as a student?First of all I think I can use my mouth：to inform people of the importance of keeping the public place clean and ask people to take care of the public facilities and not to litter．Secondly I can use my bands：to collect rubbish and put it in the dustbins．Last but not least．I can ask my friends to form a volunteer group to help the managing staff whenever necessary．
