Dear Editor,

I am Li Hua, a student from Xin Hua Middle School, and in my spare time I often visit your website, from which I know that you are collecting topics for discussion. Being interested in it, I’d like to recommend my topic, which is “We Should Be Thankful”.

As you know, we middle school students, the new generation, who were born in the early 1990s, have been growing up with so much love from others. Some of us always take it for granted that our parents, grandparents and teachers should take care of us. Needless to say, we seldom think of others’ feelings. Therefore, I hope by discussing this topic, we can learn to thank those who always give us their selfless love.
