It was very fine when I got up on last Sunday morning. So I decided to go for a walk and took some photos in the beautiful country. After breakfast, I carried my camera with me and set off. I was used to feel sleepy in class and couldn’t focus on the lessons the teachers give. As a result, not only did I do bad in my studies, but also my health went from bad to worse, about which I was often scolded by my parents. I was also annoying about my situation. About half a year ago, followed the head teacher’s advice, I began to participate in some sport activities and kept on playing basketball for 45 minutes and so every day till today. Now my health has been greatly improved, so at the same time, I’ve made good progress in all my lessons. Physical exercise has changed me into an entire new person!

Recently, the phenomenon of teen obesity has made a lot of parents concerning. Why are teens getting fatter and fatter?
In my opinion, there are two reasons of the problem.Firstly, because the popularity of TV and computers and students having such much homework to do, they are getting little exercise than before. Secondly, because people’s quality of life has been gotten better and better, families can afford to buy many foods, that might make the kids overweight.
In order to lose weight and stay healthy, teens should avoid spend too much time in front of the TV or the computer and do more exercise. As the saying go, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away.” They should also eat a more balanced diet such as fruits, vegetables, less fast food and junk food. Last but not the least, they should make a proper time schedule so that they can balance their exercise and studies.

The water we drink and use was running short. We all have to learn what to stop wasting water.
One of the step that we should take is to find ways of reusing it. Today in the most large cities, fresh water is used only once and then it runs in waste system. But that is possible to pipe the used water to a purifying factory, there the used water can be treated with chemical materials by the workers so that it can reused. But even if every large city purified and reused it's water, we still would have enough water.

Many scientists believe that life begins in the ocean long ago. For age man used the ocean to discover and explore new lands. Now man spends a great deal of time or money discover the ocean. We know it is rich at minerals which the world need. We know too that it contains a plenty of food for all the people in the world. We know that if the salt were taken from it, it’s water would turn the deserts into rich farm lands. We know a great deal about this land frontier, as it has called. But we still need to learn many more about it.

One day, I was cooking in the kitchen as the telephone rings. I went to answer it immediately. She was my close friend, Lisa. When we were talking on a phone, the fire alarm sounded. I ran back to the kitchen. The room full of smoke and the beef was badly burnt. I quickly turned off the gases, opening all the window, and then went out of the house. In my surprise, two fire engines were outside my house. I was rather worried. I told about the firemen that it was my careless cooking which caused the heavy smoke.
