Many parents are trying to find tutors to teach their children special skills such as music, dancing, calligraphy, painting, chess and so on, hoping they’ll become more successful in the future.
Learning special skills can help children develop both different skills and many interests, which can enrich their lives. Meanwhile, they can broaden their horizons and improve themselves. Besides, they will be more likely to get good jobs in the future.
However, life is hard for these children, who have to spend much time practicing the skills. They hardly have their own time to do what they want. Also, they have to suffer more pressure.  What’s worse , their families have to pay more money for their learning.
Different children have different interests and they do need time to relax. So I think parents should let children do what they ‘re interested in. Only in this way can they enjoy a happy life.

阅读下面的短文,然后按照要求写一篇150词的英语短文。
When students first go to a library, they may be at a loss as to what to read of all the different
subjects. Well, Bacon tells you to “look at weak places in your armor (盔甲)”, and shows you how to fill up the blanks in your knowledge. On the other hand, it is no good just trying to fill your mind with knowledge. Knowledge in itself is often useless. A mind filled with too much knowledge is like a room too full of furniture; a man cannot walk about freely in it, and look out of the windows. It is much better to concentrate on a few subjects that interest you and to deal lightly with the others than to march heavily through the whole range of learning, like a silly tourist going through a museum and not missing a single object. If you try to master every subject you may become very wise, but you will be very lonely and you will probably lose all your friends. So you must learn to pick and choose, and you must also learn to look here and there in a library like a camel eating grass on the grassland. If you watch it eating, you will see that although he is supposed to be one of the most stupid animals in the world, he has at least one of the qualities of the cultured man, the power to pick and choose. A student looking for mental food in a library should take the camel as his model.

In recent years, hundreds of schools have carried out experiments with paying kids with each for showing up or getting good grades. All school kids admire this trend. But it upsets adults. An earthquake happened in Bam(伊朗的巴姆市) on December 26, 2003. About 30,000 people were killed and more were injured. Many of those killed by the earthquake died only because of poor building methods and a lack of proper regulation.
In Iran, as in many developing countries, earthquake that ought to be survivable(不致命的)often bring human disaster because buildings collapse (倒塌) on top of people. Two days before Christmas, California was struck by an earthquake similar in magnitude (强度) to the one that hit Iran Saturday, but only three people died, thanks largely to safer construction methods. A quake measuring 8.0 caused just 500 injuries and no deaths in Japan in September 2003.
Bam, however, was a disaster waiting to happen. Efforts to bring industrial development to what was a backward agricultural area caused a population boom (激增)and a shortage of housing, which local builders tried to meet with cheap homes, or by adding extra floors to existing houses. Many buildings collapse [even] without earthquakes, because of the poor construction.
