It is reported that our city has decided to add more taxis. People have different opinions about this.
Some are for this project. They say there aren’t enough taxis in our city. Sometimes, they have to wait too long for a taxi. However, others don’t think so. They say it is unnecessary to increase the number of taxis. With more taxis running on the streets, more serious traffic jams will be caused.
In my opinion, instead of increasing the number of taxis, we should use more double-decker buses. Or we can cut down the bus fees to encourage more people to use public transport.
