Recently, many people witnessed cases where the elderly fell down on the roads but no one dared to help. Instead, they just stood nearby, talking nonsense.
There may be some reasons for it. They are afraid of being mistaken as troublemakers to pay the medical care expenses for the elderly they help. Still, some people think it not their duty to help others. And even some fear it may do more harm than good to the elderly suffering serious diseases, if they lack proper first aid treatments.
