I am writing to complain about your awful product “No-spot” cream. In your advertisement, they claim that this cream is safe and effective, which can remove the spots on the face.

I bought this cream in Green Supermarket last Sunday . I still keep the receipt.

Last Sunday evening, I applied the cream to my face following the instructions carefully . To my great surprise, when I got up the next morning, I felt my face tickling. During the following two days, this symptom became worse and worse, which greatly affected my life and work.

You have guaranteed that your products are safe, but now it has a side effect on me. I want to send back this cream, meanwhile your company should pay for the cost of medical service for my treatment. If you fail to do so, I will accuse your company of cheating in the advertisement.
