Last summer holiday, my friends and I visited the capital of China, Beijing. Early in the morning, we took the subway to head for Tiananmen Square, where we watched the flag-raising ceremony. We also took many photos on Tiananmen Square. After that, we went to Qianmen Street where we had Beijing specialty food for lunch at noon. In the afternoon, we toured around Beijing University, which I had been dreaming of . When walking on the campus, I took the opportunity to talk with some college students, from whom I learned a lot. In the evening, we took a bus to return to the hotel. On the way we passed the spectacular Bird¡¯s Nest, whose beauty was beyond description at night.
What a memorable tour!
