       I’m glad to make a speech here．When I look back on the past three years, what has impressed me most is the sports meet, in which we ranked first in the 800-meter relay race．It was through our mutual efforts that we won at last, which always reminds me of the importance of teamwork．

       Besides, I feel grateful to my teachers, parents and friends, without whose help and support I wouldn’t have achieved so much．Not only have I accumulated lots of knowledge, I’ve also got plenty of experience by participating in various social activities．I’m deeply convinced that I’ll benefit a great deal from my high school life．

       In the years to come, I will go all out to do everything well for a brighter future．

       I’m glad to make a speech here．How time flies! Three years have gone by before we know it．At this very moment, memory has come flooding back to me．I can clearly remember the unforgettable mornings when the teacher would come to school so early to help me with my English．But for her timely help, I wouldn’t have won the first prize in the National English Speech Contest．I owe my rapid progress in every aspect to my kind teachers．

       It won’t be long before we graduate from senior high school．In my future years, I will devote myself to studying English literature which interests me so much．Here I heartedly wish everyone here great success in the coming College Entrance Examination!
