June 14th is World Blood Donator Day. This day is set aside to raise awareness of the world's need for safe blood, and to encourage healthy people to give blood as often as they can. Over 81 million blood donations are made every year to help save millions of lives.
Donating blood is of benefit to most of us. First, it helps the people who needs it .Second, there's the mental benefit of knowing you do a good deed and you can get the joy of helping others. Third, there is also evidence that not only donating blood is good for your local community blood supply, but also it's good for your own body as well, regular blood donations may help keep the body's circulatory system healthy. And donating blood is very safe with little chance of risk.

Every activity of our lives is communication of a sort, but it is through speech that man asserts his distinctness from other forms of life. He alone, of all animals, has the gift of verbal communication and it is through the quality of his speech that he best expresses his own individuality , his essence.
